At Boston Dynamics, we build robots that push the boundaries of dynamic behavior and autonomy. We are looking for talented Control Systems Engineers who are passionate about working in a multidisciplinary team to change the world through advances in robot technology. Typical duties of this position include creative development of model-based controllers for mobility and/or manipulation tasks, prototyping in simulation, and carrying out experiments on hardware. Since our company is focused on delivering robust real-world machines, we place a strong emphasis on frequent evaluation and analysis of results on hardware.
This position requires a Master's or Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering or computer science. In the case of a Master’s candidate, 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
