We are looking for someone who can work as a key member of our multi-disciplinary team to help us lay the framework for a training and development program to support a newly formed service operations division. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of technical training materials that will help to close organizational skill and knowledge gaps. Our mission? To change the idea of what robots can do for the world. You will be instrumental in helping us achieve this goal by leveraging our internal skill sets and know-how to plan and implement a training and support structure that can carry us into the future.
Day to day activities include:
Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments to evaluate training requirements and supporting resources
Lead design and delivery of impactful training materials that will close organizational skill or knowledge gaps and improve competency levels while driving improved performance and productivity of employees and teams
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure full alignment of materials and training strategies to meet business requirements, adhering to adult learning principles and sound training design
Assume responsibility for management and deployment of training materials and documentation to be delivered either via instructor-led training events or through a digital learning or resource platform
Ensure program delivery quality and continuous improvement, monitor program delivery approaches to continue pace with business growth
