Recruiting Coordinator

Boston Dynamics has built an amazing team of engineers, scientists, technicians and business professionals devoted to creating the most advanced dynamic robots in the world.  To support this effort, we are looking for someone to join our growing human resources team. Boston Dynamics is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who will assist in facilitating the flow of candidates through the recruitment process. They will work closely with the lead recruiter to guide the best candidates through the interview and hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the workflow of candidates from sourcing to scheduling interviews to the on-site interview
  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of candidate interviews
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by working directly with candidates and recruiters to schedule interviews, greet and host candidates while on-site, and address any issues that arise
  • Support the recruiting team
  • Reconcile travel expenses in the accounting system
  • Coordinate background checks for new hires
  • Update and maintain our applicant tracking system/candidate database

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s with 2 + years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive outgoing personality that will represent the company well
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
  • Comfort with organizational tools like Xcel or applicant tracking systems
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
